The Jiffy Pop

Ingredients

1oz Tequila (for mocktail use 3oz of Tonic Water)

1/2oz Mezcal (for mocktail use 3-4 drops of liquid smoke)

1/2oz Nixta corn liqueur (for mocktail use 1/2 teaspoon of sweet corn extract - I like Amoretti brand!)

1/2oz Alma Tepac spicy Chile liqueur (for mocktail use 3-4 drops of cayenne extract)

1/2oz Sweet Vermouth (skip this for a drier cocktail and also skip for the mocktail)

If you like your drinks on the sweeter side, use 1/2oz of simple syrup/agave/maple syrup

1/2oz Lime juice

Directions

Shake well in a shaker with ice, then serve strained into a cute glass. Garnish with a dried orange or any other damn thing you like!
