The Pink Opaque

This weeks cocktail was inspired by “I Saw the TV Glow.” Throughout the film, the Pink Opaque is a captivating symbol driving the narrative with mystery and depth. Its allure sparks pivotal moments and character growth, leaving a lasting impression on viewers.

So we thought we’d add to that allure with this weeks’ signature cocktail! Fun fact, The Pink Opaque is the name of one of Liz’s favorite Cocteau Twins albums from the 80s. You can enjoy the album here while sipping your signature cocktail.

The Pink Opaque

Ingredients

1oz pisco or light rum (sub ginger ale for mocktail)

1oz Campari (sub cranberry juice for mocktail)

1oz lemon juice

1/2oz coconut cream

Directions

Shake with ice and serve strained in a chilled cocktail glass, preferably garnished with dried roses and jasmine, if you’re feeling sassy.
